Default Replacement cards !

Ive just thought about this ..I have left my uk bank account open so I can still continue with paying direct debits etc...But when my card expires next Jan.
Will I be able to get my new cards posted overseas to my NZ address just a little concerned with the security aspect of this.
Has anybody else had this issue ?

I'm with Barclays and went in to ask them about this, but she said they could only forward correspondence to a UK address, so I've had to change it to my parents address. Otherwise, it has to be changed to a foreign account which I presume would attract fees???

We have a nationwide account and they send all our letters etc to our new home address in New Zealand and this includes cards. Other banks did the same until we closed the accounts.
