Hi there we have some houses rented out in the UK and we have our Landlord policies through a company called BESTDEAL insurance, the actual policies are with a company calles Payment shield and they cost us around £16 pound a mth for 10mths of the year, the good thing is they auto renew them for us too which saves us the hassle of having to do it. Good Luck they really are a good company and settle any claims you have within a matter of days....
