RENTALS TIMARU

RENTALS TIMARU
Do any of you people living down in Timaru know of any good rentals going. Must be able to have a quick get out clause i.e. 21 days if possible and in a nice area preferably and not too grotty. Have looked on Trademe but some looked horrendous outside and in!! Only going to live in it part of the week as coming home weekends. OH is working down there and wants me to join him so looking for somewhere to stay for 4/5 nights a week.

Can't help with Timaru - but so long as you sign a periodic tenancy agreement, not a fixed term one then the statutory notice is always 21 days.
