Hi all, we have given notice on our rental agreement, just wanted to let you know there is a 4 bedroom house, double garage, heat pump, double glazing, 2 family rooms, ensuite, available from 22 December 2009.

As we were in a fixed years contract, we are liable for rental until a suitable tenant is found! hence this thread. The reason we have broken our agreement is because we are building our own home.

PS the neighbors are great
