Recently moved to Tauranga and looking for friends
Hi there,
me and my boyfriend are both from the UK and spent about 6 months traveling nz in a camper before falling in love with Tauranga. We have now been in the area for several months and have settled into our new house well, however we are now itching to get out of the house as the weather is better, and do some fun stuff and meet new friends. We enjoy walks, cinema, going out, hiking, photography, mini golf, anything really.
Im 25 and my partner is 27, we have no kids as yet but have a little kitten.
looking forward to hearing from anyone and meeting new people, talk to you soon

Not in the Tauranga area but just wanted to welcome you to BE. There are quite a few members who live that way & hopefully they will be along soon.
It can take a little while to make friends here but don't give up, you'll suddenly end up with more friends than you know what to do with . You need to put yourself out there abit. Also take a look in the Meet-ups forum & maybe set up something yourself.
Good luck

Welcome to this little NZ forum.
Several folks on here live in and around the Tauranga area . I'll move your thread and post into the main NZ forum to catch the eyes of more people as not everyone drops by Introductions.

Do you play netball?
Do you drink wine?
Do you enjoy spouting forth and listening to inane waffle?
Do you sing into wooden spoons after a few of the abovementioned wines?
We play netball on a Friday evening in the Mount if you fancy it drop me a PM.

Hi
I move into a house in the mount next week, Ive been in NZ 6 months too. My girlfriend arrives from the UK on the 27th November.
We are both in our late 20s. If you fancy a beer or whatever drop me a PM. Like you say this weather just makes you want to get out there.

My mate and his partner, (not on here,) live in Bethlehem.
Good couple, like bikes and a bevvy, he's finally found a band to play with.
Right age group.
If they sound like they'll fit, let me know.
Like I say, not on the site, so no offence incurred if you decline.

I take it you were replying to me,
we are also in Bethlehem, it would be funny if they lived just across the road,
if you could hook us up it would be great.
