Sky, Netflix, something called Lightbox. A few channels of 'normal' TV.

You can get pretty much anything via the net these days. I can watch BBC or ITV live for example if I choose to.

It is still possible to receive TV shows through an old-fashioned TV aerial if anyone still does that these days. That experience is typically described as dire - because the shows are awful and the ad-breaks are long.

There is SKY TV which will show sport and a lot of shows from America and the UK. I don't know how far behind they are on Coronation Street, Eastenders or Last of the Summer Wine, they are a little bit behind but they are shown.

If you live in a city in NZ now there will be high-speed internet available and the Internet can provide TV you want. I have heard that the different service providers don't offer all shows in all places though so there may be some restrictions.

I arranged for Fibre to be connected to my house as soon as it was available in my street, that was 16 months ago. It is not available everywhere yet.

Chorus is the name of the company that provides the network infrastructure, there is a map on their website showing which services are available in specific locations.

Sky TV in New Zealand is a completely different company to Sky TV in the UK so it is similar but not exactly the same.
