The book is only available to UK customers (according to the website) but Bettys are very accomodating and I'm sure they would post one out to you if you sent them a very nice letter!!...

I lived in Chester too - was my first foray into living by myself with no parental guidance - from 1992 to 1994. I left to go to London.
