All we can say is that eating chocolate and having sex increases blood flow to and electrical activity in the same areas of the brain. The media loves brain imagery because it's colourful and visual and gives the impression that we can provide a simple one-word answer to a massively complex question, whereas in reality we simply cannot say whether these images mean that chocolate and sex act on the brain in the same way.
