We get "inspirational" quotes and stories in our in-trays at work. I get confused as thought I'd moved to New Zealand, but seems it could be the States? Anyone else or as per the norm ... "Just me then?"

A couple of examples;

Always signed off with either "Go get 'em ..." or "Have an awesome week ..."
