quilting and patchwork
Does anyone know of any good quilting and patchwork places in NZ? I'll need to cast the net wide at the moment as I don't know where I'm going

Joanna :D Devonport village, North Shore Auckland. Really big shop and very helpful people. Can't remember the names but it's close to the top of the main street near the old cinema. |

There's craft classes all over the place in NZ, the kiwis are very into it. Knitting is very big too, I can't knit to save my life but I would love to learn crocheting so am looking for someone to teach me that.
Can't help with the price of wool, the $2 shop was selling balls of wool but it was the stuff that kind of looks fluffy and velvety once knitted up. I think The Warehouse sells wool too There's a shop in Christchurch called 'Spotlight' and it sells material and wool ... absolutely everything and it's very good! |
