quick update.
 

well dannys been in nz for only 5 days now, hes been working mainly but calls evey night.

hes loving it!:thumbsup:allthough he says the house prices are riciculous and says that differences between the houses are huge eg: one street can have a beatiful well kept house with a right old tatty one just next door. he says he cant describe the country to me as its a whole different world.awesome to use his phrase. he has said were defo making the move hes got an app with immi tomrrow so will keep me posted.
he hasnt had rose tinted glasses on and says it does have problems just like uk eg: a workvan was parked up by the side of the road and the bloke driving it was smoking a spliff.:eek: he said that there is still traffic in certain places and allthough people want to move to the nice coastal resorts the time to get to them is long commute ( more like a nice place to go on a weekend).
so all in all he would say for people wanting to move to nz just for a change and to experience something different then make the leap but if you are thinking nz is a crime free cheap paradise then forget it!!

He says the worse thing is that the economy is crap, ( im not to up on that kind of thing so thats why its good he went and not me!!!)
but the best thing is that its a change of scenery and what beautiful scenery it is.
