Erm, lost me there. And what's BSG?
Public Liability? Well... in the US, where I was for near-on 12 years, if you don't take personal responsibility, then screw you is the basic thing / legal standpoint. I guess when I travelled with my parents, they probably had me insured. And when I was an adult going to and from France, I honestly didn't know about that.
I know ignorance of the law is no defence (and I studied law at uni!) but there ya go.
