Query about employment reference letter and experience for SMC visa

My occupation Developer Programmer (261312) is listed under long-term-skill-shortage-list and I meet the requirements mentioned in LTSSL.

In the employment reference letter for New Zealand,

1. Should the responsibilities exactly match with the ANZSCO wording? Is it okay to state the same with different wording (because my employers may not give a letter with exact wording), will the CO understand that it is the same?

2. Should the responsibilities match all the responsibilities under ANZSCO or is it okay to miss 1 or 2 because in my 1st and 2nd job I did not have all the responsibilities mentioned?

I have started my 1st job in 2010, however, I completed my degree in 2011.
1. In this case should I claim experience years from 2010 or 2011 when I claim points for skilled work experience and work experience in an area of absolute skills shortage?

Your support is very much appreciated
