is there anybody out there can help or experienced a similar positon we were selected from the EOI 10/11/05 since then we found out my qualifications need to be assesed but now the pre assesment has come back as level 3 but needs to be level 4 at a minimum the qualification is cooking for the catering industry backed up with an apprentaship our questioni is if we apply for a full assesment might the result be the one we are looking for although we have the qualifications there was no apprentaship with this course as is was full time NEED YOUR HELP.
