Can anyone recommend a good property rental company, that has properties to rent that accept pets?

Looking for a rural pad in either auckland, nelson, napier or gisbourne

We have a labrador..

How much are you looking to spend a week?

We live in Whitford and currently rent a big house (approx 300sq mts) which has 50 acres around it for $750 a week.

The landlord is superb and we have two dogs, a cat, some chooks and a goat so animals are ok.

We're planning on moving to Wellington just after christmas and this house should then be available.

wow! that sounds like an awesome pad!

Bit out of our price range though, we are probably looking to spend in the region of $250 - 350NZ per week.

We don't fly out till Apr / May 2010...

You won't get much in Auckland for $250 a week, and most will not like dogs, especially in a built-up area due to having close neighbours. Units start around $300 plus in Auckland. Houses are much more. Cats are probably okay.

hi if your looking to rent with pets you might have to offer more money to cover any damage especially, with dogs landloads dont like dogs
when we rented in tauranga we had to get the carpets professionally cleaned
because we had to cats , who were house trained cost $170
did offer more on rent but they were pommey landloads so were okay all we had to do was make sure it was as we found it and carpets cleaned
