Hi,
I've PMd you about the medical.
When I did the fitness test in 2014 you had to : drag a 9st dummy, jump a 1 meter hurdle, crawl under a 1 meter hurdle, run and walk (can't remember how far), walk a balance beam (or in NZ terms, walk across a plank of wood of the floor !!!), unlock 3 padlocks. It was all timed but very easy.
It wasn't very strenuous.
I've PMd you about the medical.
