Primary School Teacher
I'm a UK Primary School Head Teacher who is planning to move to NZ. I am prepared to go back to the classroom before I get on the management ladder again.
My worry is that I may be over qualified for classroom posts and I might put employers off.
Has anyone had any experience or tips that can offer me.
