Hi

I don't know if this is right section for this but here goes anyway, I am sure someone will move it if it is not!

We (my wife, 2kids 10&9) all have PR visa status and have been living here for nearly 3years, we applied for our indefinite Returning Res visa, which we all have.

I have been offered to go to Dubai to work for a couple of years and we will all be going but fully intend coming back to NZ, my question is is there a time limit on returning or can we come back anytime we want be it 2 years or 10years.

Have a look at your visa in your passport. If your indefinite visa doesnt have an expiry date and says "indefinite" instead, then its indefinite, and thats what it means!
