PR Visa info
Have just found out the following from NZ Immigration.
Once you are granted PR you have 1 year to get to NZ ie. recci or live, this also validates your returning residence visa (RRV), the RRV is then valid for 2 years. Bascally if you only went on a recci to NZ and return to UK soon afterwards, you then have 2 years to sell up and move.
I was confused by the wording on the RRV, so have double checked this NZIS. Its good news for us as we now have an extra 9 months to sell the house
If it doesnt sell by then, we stay in the UK

PS. anyone want to buy a house, it comes with heating, double glazing, proper baths and the BIG BAD WOLF wont blow it down
