Postie Comes a Knocking....
There I was, cheerios in one hand! 2 year old Sergant Major in the other!! :scared: when our post lady knocked the door ( actually thought she was trying out for the ABs!!).
"Sign this" she says, hold on a minute I thought, who's looking for us?? What haven't we paid!!!
What do we have here ???? OMG its our medicals!!! And now I need help, all you wonderful medical types out there need to point us in the right direction PLEASE!!!
There's no sodding indication in there whether we've passed or failed. Is that normal ( whatever that is!!)?
AND NOW WHEN WE'VE LOGGED ONTO NZIS THERE' A MESSAGE SAYING "DECISION SUCCESSFUL" AND A LETTER INVITING US TO APPLY WILL BE WITH US SHORTLY!!!
I'm not even dressed yet!!!

Our medical forms were returned to us and were completed at the back by the GP who ticked the boxs to say "normal" - as you say, whatever that is! We then forwarded them to NZIS - what exactly has been returned to you by kind postie?

We had in the envelope
Our X rays, with letter that said that "lungs clear, heart normal size" and medical stuff
All the paperwork that they fill out in front of you , blood results that I can't get a grip of to save my life and also HIV results ( neg!!!).
The letter from the doc just says to forward to immigration, there no indication of any problem, but also there's nowt to say that everythings fine too!!! Help:scared:

The medicals are not very informative. If you look through the pages all of the lines should indicate 'No' with no additional text. The blood results should either be negative or the results should be within normal ranges. The chest x-ray will also state normal heart / lungs or may even say nothing.
Trust me if there were any problems either with the bloods, x-ray or the overall medical it would be clearly stated.
So try not to stress if you cannot see anything that is good not bad
