Positive thought for people thinking of moving to NZ...

I have been here 6 months now, and it has been an up and down ride, but overall I am enjoying living here.
But this week I landed myself a new job, and it is better than any job I had in the UK. I would not have been able to get into this type of work in the UK with my qualifications...but they have given me an opportunity in NZ due to my experience and skill set! So there are opportunities here in NZ that you wouldn't get to do in the UK...you just have to be patient with the job application process.....and I will be being paid more than I was in the UK! Double bonus!! :rofl:

CONGRATS NZbee, nice to hear some positives. I've been here 3 months and certainly had my ups and downs. Swimming in the pacific on a beautiful sunday this morning makes it all worth it tho:thumbsup:
