Default Police and medicals

I've started filling in the EOA and have been advised to get police and medicals done. Do I contact the local police station and what about medicals?
As we are still waiting to sell the house how far do we proceed.

Hi, you don't have your medicals done until you've got your ITA ( invitation to apply) this is because they are only valid for 3 months, the police certificates are valid for 6 months and can take some time (6 weeks ) to arrive, so if your confident you'll have your ITA sorted by then do it. The police one's cost a tenner each, we went to the main local police station and collected the forms, or you may be able to download them from the internet.
The medicals have to be done by one of the panel doctors, I think you should be able to find a list on the immigration website.

I wish you luck on this epic voyage.
