Sort of puts things into perspective doesn't it?
I saw a programme on Discovery travel - a couple in the UK bought a pre-fab house from Germany, it was put up in 5 days including a huge basement! Turned out to be beautiful but it cost a fortune, the owners wouldn't divulge the cost
land preparation alone cost over 300,000 GBP because it was sloppy and wet
