Could I please have some group positivity too ?! i have another viewing on our house this lunchtime and although I'm feeling optimistic about this one, every little helps

It seems strange that someone wants to come and view/buy so soon to Christmas but stranger things have happened!

So could we please hypnotise her into offering us the asking price the minute she leaves then we can shufty our butts over once and for all yaaay!

She is at this moment at my friends house up the road viewing that !!!!!! I'm chatting with the friend on MSN and she says she seems very nice

I've tied the kids up so they don't harass her, heck I even put my washing away just for her so she better put in an offer

Well she left v.v.v.v impressed with the size of it - kept asking me questions about the area, if we had somewhere to go when we sell, how soon would we want to sell ........ blah blah blah! Sooooooo i'm v.v.v.v.v optimistic about it now!

She did say she had other property to view today but she said she liked very much and would think about it and get in touch with the estate agent

So, just to wait til tomorrow when estate agents will call her for feedback!
