I need to phone New Zealand, without skype. I've searched the threads and can't find it, so, what is the cheap rate number you dial first???

(if you've read any of my threads you'll know it's my husband who's having second thoughts)
but hey, nothing i can do about it more than i'm doing now, so just trying to be patient and hope he say's yes...oh and trying to get him to talk about it, which sometimes is easier said than done.
but once he says yes it's getting another police check done (last one's run out
) and getting medicals then off to NZIS to get WTR visas!
how bout you, any closer?

Hang in there, he'll come round, remind him of what made him want to go in the first place.
