Has anyone ever cooked Pearl? Hubs came in with some last night. Never actually heard of it till saw it lurking in my kitchen.

Since looked it up. Called Ghost shark. Hubs got given it at work. Going to cook it and give it to the Pukeko tomorrow. At least it might stop them eating the ducklings....
