Default Panels v tiles

Anyone have wet wall panels rather than tiles on their walls please.

I find tiles a bit old really and am not keen on the oblong ones that look like the inside of an old public gents toilet.

Just wondering if patterned panels have a sleeker look. Not the ones made to look like gents urinal tiles of course.

Small upstairs bathroom. Putting in a free standing bath.

Downstairs shower room and utility to finish off the walls

So as their wet area'a if not waterproofed that would need to be done on the floors and shower area. I would talk to the store with the panels if they are suitable for wet area's.
There are some really nice tiles around so I personally would cost both out and see which one you prefer, in the end its you that has to live with it
