I've got two stints of NZ work history on my cv..............and still I wait for a job offer. For the record I'm doing voluntary work too.
Getting an interview is becoming an increasingly pointless exercise, on the rare occasion that I get an interview.

The job market is going a bit soft at the moment as well, don't get hung up on rejection...as the man from the call centre program says "Some will. Some Won't. So what. Next."
