Hi Guys.
Anybody have any info about these 2 area's or visited either. We are looking to buy land and have a house built and these 2 places are within a fair driving distance from work.
Any advice will be taken on board.

Thanks for the links. Anybody got an idea of travel distance from Otohoranga to Te Awamutu.

About 20 mins on a B road type of road. (NOt many dual carriageways in NZ).
If it's 40 k away think 40 mins.
