My hubby just said (after neighbours are throwing a party again !!! 
) that he may take the offer we had on our house !!!!!!!!!!!
That means, the ball is rolling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoooooooooooooo
OMG, it might just happen now - yay! I'm going to lay it on thick tomorrow with the estate agents .. going to ring them at 9am and tell them I've worked on hubby for 3 weeks and got him to drop the house price by xx amount so they need to get their offer upped by xx amount and it's theirs !!!!!!
Oooooooh, I'm a tad excited now !!!!

I kno the couple who offered on our house still haven't found a house as estate agent told me yesterday! I've to keep everything crossed they can up their offer!
