Smile Oh Dear...Landlord From Hell... Ha, Ha, Ha

You may well remember my post "Landlord From Hell" about our Landlord next door & the Driveway being re-done.
The drive is now finished after 9 WEEKS!!!. The drive come down from the road between our house & his, & then around the back of our house to feed his future sub-division. There is a ugly run-off bay in front of our house for parking & one at the side/back of his.
Much to our delight, he has now discovered he cannot fit both his cars into his parking bay He seems very upset by this & we have seen a great deal of head scratching going on
At the moment he is OK, he just parks one in the Bay & the other further down the drive, but the drive is only wide enough for one car, so when the sub-division is done he won't be able to leave it there, OH DEAR
The drive also has to be one of the worst concreting jobs I have ever seen. It is about 30m from the road to our house, down a slope & has loads of ripples in it. There is also a large crack opening in the Parking bay infront of our house, which will probably get worse when our Removal van comes in 7weeks!!!!
Shouldn't Laugh

Maybe you should intro him to this site, as it seems that the whole 'karma' thing most certainly applies to him

Talking of which, some coming your way. Crack open a cold one, and enjoy the head scratching. He deserves all he gets (this coming from a landlord himself, but one who's motto is most definately 'Do as you would be done to')

Good luck,

Wiz

Not full revenge but 'sweet as' I have no doubt! Just in case your removal van doesn't do it first time, can you bribe them to back up and down a bit?

Bloody good idea - or even one of them massive buggers with those hydraulic side support thingies that slide out sidewards, only the driver could cunningly 'forget' to put the wooden blocks between the base plates and the driveway

You ain't seen me, right?

One other thing we've spotted as well. With all the vibration & banging from the diggers & compacters the builders were using, quite a bad crack has appeared on the outside wall of the chimney stack on our house, could be fun for him when he comes to selling it
Obviously we've told him about it

There was on the 1st day of the Builders being here. They went straight through our water pipe with the digger
We do have a dripping tap, maybe I could leave the plug in. There's no overflow on the sink

You've got to make it look naturally occurring. bung bit's of food and hair and stuff down the plug hole, but leave the plug out.
