I have to fess up!!!!!! I am coming back in October, is it the start of being a ping pong pom!!! Arrive 13 October, already have indefinite RRV's and OH starts work on the 21 October in Christchurch! Ha ha, never thought you would hear that did you!!!!!

I'm arriving early October, Christchurch.
Very much looking forward to it (once I have jumped through a few hoops and cut the red tape!)

Hi all
We finally have our residential visa in our passports and we are coming out around October 10th... We are coming from Wimbledon, London. We have 3 children, 2 boys aged 4 and 2, and an 8 month old girl.
We are coming to Auckland but will spend some time looking around before we rent or buy somewhere longer term.
So excited, and as if emigrating wasn't stressful enough, we decided to get married a week before we leave - so organising a wedding in 6 weeks too!
I boo'd like a baby at 'Wanted Down Under' today! that's my sad little confession for the day!

I assume you won't be changing your name with visa's already in passport and flights booked

I know!! But everything going OK - I kind of figured that as long as I turn up in a white dress and there is food and wine on the table then I will consider the day a roaring success! And of course, the evening do is doubling up as a massive leaving party too.. I'd better be wearing double strength waterproof mascara that day! Yes, will travel out on my old name and then change it once we've arrived...
