Looks like this money remittances thing is getting dodgy, legal team where too slow to understand AML/CFT and if they can't win in court they may be perpetually burdened with compliance costs. The one thing they could do, which is a bit underhand, is put remittance companies out of business by imposing criteria they can't hope to meet and a fee structure to match or just outsource their international money transfer to a third party who can take the risk.
