NZ Photo Thread
Hi All
Inspired by Sky's Fabulous photos I thought it would be really good to start a thread for just everyday pics of NZ. I have looked at the photo post and it appears that they are just associated with Usernames and cannot be added to by all and sundry. Please correct me if I am wrong. This thread should therefore be just for photos and one line descriptions.
To start off here is a picture of the UK (sorry I haven't been to NZ yet) after the freedom of information act.

Beauty Debs - Breathtaking!!!
At the center is the extinct volcano of Mt. Taranaki. The mountain was originally named Mt. Egmont by Captain Cook.

Taken at Waihi Beach Airfield, 11 April, 1996
This old plane now provides interesting surroundings for a very nice meal.(the air field cafe)
This image shows the starboard side - the steps are a fire-exit. The side cargo door serves as the main entrance, and a covered area of tables is provided beneath the port wing. (Quite nifty really). Inside the aircraft 38 people can be seated - there is a bar in the nose
