NZ Kit homes
We are thinking of going down the route of buying a section and having a kit home built on it. Has anyone done this? If so, what were your exeriences of the buying, costs, building, finish etc? We are in the Wellington area and will probably stay around here because of our work. Any comments greatly appreciated.

Never done it but i do like the look of some of the Lockwood homes.
Very good in earthquakes too so that would an advantage in welly
