Thought we could start a Pics thread for 2010...
Went on the Auckland's Whales & Dolphins Safari yesterday with Explore NZ...
4.5hours on the water....
Had a fab time!!
Note the change in color of the water... Goes from green to blue!!

Here are some pictures from the Bay of Islands including the dolphins as we headed out to the Hole in the Rock, looking over Russell and the sunset from the bach we rented. What a beautiful place to visit. :thumbsup:

But I have got a lovely picture of Barry Island Beach, and all the mad people swimming on New Year's Day!

Hukka Falls and yes people have kayaked this (not recommended as you can be convicted as it is not allowed); Cambridge (home of racing) and Rotoruas old Bath House and now the museum. Great places to vist and enjoy

Went there as a kid once, is a lovely beach. But no did not swim in sea and that was summer :eek:

We went on the Taeiri gorge railway on Monday while the kids were at school. Just as well as the train was stopped on its return on Tuesday by a bush fire that is still burning. :eek:
