Re: Nusrsey manager! Any help????
Hi and welcome to BE, we don't have nurserys over here that equate to children, only plants so you would be looking at a child care centre placement . This is on the Skill level visa and if, as research suggest, the salary is below $55,000 for 40 hour week it would be class 1, which will only lead to a temp visa of 3 years with the possibility of extention to 5 and no way under the class 1 to stay longer. Average salary of $66,458. would see you on the class 2 and on a more permanent visa option. You may need to get your degree assessed to be able to claim points for it or be able to show at least 5 years relevant work experience.

Please, please investigate Early Childhood Education and Te Whariki. Your qualifications will not transfer and you will have work to do to get them accredited and to register with the New Zealand Teaching Council. It's a whole different ball game! Preparation and research is key before you start to spend money. Best wishes.
