NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE
Have you ever purchased a single can of coke here without it saying that though? Seems the most pointless bit of text because AFAIK it's not legally enforceable.

If it forms part of a contract then why would it be "legally unenforceable"?

i vaguley remember seeing something on a telly program about this- maybe target or something- they said the dairys buy the big packs from pac and save as it is cheaper than from suppliers and then sell on
coke put it on deliberately to try stop the sale of cans this way- but yes it isnt enforceable.

It's good that they do sell them separately otherwise you'd by paying the stupid price of three dollars plus for a coke. That's what they are in the supermarkets as singles. This must be the biggest, largest NZ rip-off ever when the rest of the world sells them for around fifty cents each.

Hehe, I often wondered that and put it down to living in a rogue outpost (NZ, that is, not Cambridge).
