If you bought property in North Shore in 2007, it will be worth approximately 1 million dollars more now in 2018 than you paid for it. Add in paying off ten years of mortgage off what you borrowed, and if you've moved a couple of times, paying off more of your mortgage or trading up the ladder, Of course you can walk away with a million...
