north shore newbies

been here 5 weeks, crown hill, 2 out of our 4 kids at campbells bay school
work in city, college hill so do the drag --ipod/book and those harbour views keep me fine
did loads of research before came out,but need to move already though as mortgage is not good,after first pay cheque :thumbdown: bought on web and aunty inspected
all worth it due for beaches/playgrounds and stuff to do

any other lower east coast/westlake area newbies who want to catch up/advice?

We are heading that way at the end of the year with our two little un's.
