Hi

First things first look up your respective jobs on the immigration New Zealand skills lists. There is a sticky post which details the new requirements for skilled migrants including the remuneration bands for different classifications (for these go to ANZSCO). Then check on the immigration! Skilled migrant points checker (you will need 165 points including a job offer)

I did notice that your role is also on the Canterbury skills shortage list is high could lead to an excellent essential skills visa again the sticky post gives the requirements as it might be difficult to bring a family over.

Job hunt wise hopefully there will be people in similar jobs on here in that
Can help but I found that attending immigration expos where there are recruiters helped.

That should be 160 points which is the minimum EOI threshold for pool selection.
