The car is not Hire purchase or lease. :-) that wasn't the finance agreement, we chose the option with higher interst because it is technically an unsecured loan.

Then good news - it legally has nothing to do with the car, ship at your leisure....

If the car was stopped somewhere and they have stopped you taking it out of the country some body some where has an interest registered in it. If you bought it on a straight bank loan unsecured then no problem, bung it in the container
