Farmers is the only one I can think of that sells clothes. It's good for work trousers but can't think of any other clothing items I've bought there
There is Ballantynes in Chch - bit pricey though

There may well be an independent clothing store that will stock brands, in the area you are looking at.

We have one clothing store in Blenheim that stocks Firetrap, Super Dry, Ben Sherman etc. Pricey, but nice to have a treat now and again.

Otherwise we have The Warehouse or Farmers.

might be worth mentioning where you are going to be, then the people in that area can advise. I personally haven't heard of half those outlets but then clothes shopping isn't that important to me and most of the time I buy from UK and get it shipped. M&S and Tesco

Malls were the death of most decent Dept. Stores in NZ. S & C are one of the few still around and none of them are like they once were.

Do you mean you don't like polyester tunics in crazy patterns with black footless tights?
