New Builds, Off Plans, Display Villages
 

Hi Guys,

I have recently started looking at moving to Auckland after spending the last few months looking at moving to Melbourne.

When i was looking at Melbourne it was very easy to find information about new properties and display villages. The property sites even had dedicated areas to new properties. As yet i have not found anything similar when searching for property in New Zealand.

If possible can you tell me does New Zealand have new residential developments like Australia does? Do they have Display Villages like Australia does? and which websites would you advise using for searching for property?

Hi, not sure if these are anything like they have in Australia but these are a couple of new developments in East Auckland that I know of http://www.flatbushproperty.co.nz/ http://www.fletcherresidential.co.nz...hns/index.php?. Not sure on the display village but have noticed that they do some display homes. Hope this is of use :)
