Hello there, another newbie to the forum. We've been in Auckland 5 weeks now after moving from north west UK. Both in our early thirties, husband is working and we're currently living in CBD, but due to move to a rental out west in April (after some desperate searching!). Be great to meet some new folks if anyone is interested in meeting up!

You will find excellent information in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.

BE Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font. Also there are Consierges who can support and guide you.

Hi there! We're loving it, no regrets so far on the move, although because I'm not working at the moment, it is hard to meet new people! How's life on the shore? We looked at renting over there, but have ended up taking a house near Titirangi which we move to in 3 weeks, and I can't wait! Coffee would be great sometime, pretty much free most days! Angela x
