NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
Does NZ have an equivalent of Neighborhood Watch? We received a notice from the local police stating a spate a burglaries in the area and to keep our eyes open. Wondering if it's worth approaching local police with regards to starting up Neighborhood Watch.

Yes they do we have community police up here that if you get you neighbours together for a meeting they give out packs and signs to put up in your street.We had a burglary in our prev house and it was a good way to meet but you need someone to be the co ordinator
