Need EOI help please
 

Hi, I'm just doing the form now, but I've come to the "Section T: Principal Applicant's Other Family".
It asks, do you have other family members who are not included in this application. Then it asks to list date of births etc. And also says you must fill in at least one.

My question is this. I have four siblings and two parents. Do I need to fill in all their details, or could I just add, say, my mother's.
To be honest I don't have a clue about the date of births for any of them.

Hi There, when we did ours I called and asked NZIS and they said to add all parents and siblings even if they were not included in the application. I'm not sure what you do about the unknown dates of birth - can you find them out?
