Hi all,
i have made a big boo boo when compleating my degree i had the certificate issued with my shortened name and not my full birth name, this hasnt cause any problems with me working in the uk, however we have just been allocated the long awaited case officer and its the first thing she has picked up on. Has anyone had a similar problem and been able to rectify it? My case officer feels that i will not be able to practice as a social worker unless the degree is in my full name. (Jacqueline instead of Jacki) and says my police certificate in invalid even though i have informed her that i put all my used names down. Any advice please. x
