My Xmas Eve kiwi Style
Heres how i spent my Xmas eve in Cambridge.
We went to the traditional Xmas eve trotting races
at cambridge raceway.
Lovely sunshine
Good friends
yummy picnic
great laughs
plenty of beer (we walked/staggered the 10 minute journey home)
Its free to get in and i was $2.00 up at the end of the day.
It beats shuffling about in the slushy snow.

Looks fun! and warm!
Shall spend mine, last minute shopping yes I know and have chastise myself immensely but got a bit behind this year with getting bits and bobs organised, so wish me luck.
No slushy snow but it has promised to rain, great
Merry Christmas

The races is a great idea!
Me?

Visiting my old neighbour
In laws over
Best friend up from Wanganui in the afternoon so tea and mince pies on the deck til we got too hot and needed shade
Then out to fill up the gas for tomorrow's barbie
quick change before the kids service at St Matthews with old friends
Now home and sending the Christmas emails, with a g&t cos it's still so darn hot
Rock on!

Looks fun and relaxing
We just chilled, went to park with lucy, gary went to a work bbq thing while i did some last minute cleaning then we had a drink in the garden before bed time to wait on santa. Lucy was so excited lol she was awake until 11.50 we were both half asleep asleep lol and had to get up and get pressies out , was fab as its the first year she has known who santa is
