TIP!!!! do NOT let the packers shut the washing machine door with the wire tucked inside cos it twists the door!! :curse:
Gotta wait for a spare part to come to Blenheim to get it fixed! Repair man thinks it's the seal & we think it needs a new door. Either way, we reckon the removal company are responsible

Sarah - glad to hear you have your things at last- sorry that w. machine is damaged.
I asked removal agent about risk of our container going overboard as illustrated above - he replied that containers to NZ tend to be at the bottom of a ship - last country it stops for, so last off, unless container is being transferred to another ship in Singapore where shipment is divided between ships going south to NZ/OZ or HK. then it might be stored higher up.

Lol,
Crown told my OH as part of his sales pitch that the containers they send are put at the bottom of the ship because of their relationship with the shippers..........wot a crock!
